From preliminary costing and building consent stage, to the construction of your new home our primary focus is the delivery of the entire project to a standard beyond your expectations. The Master Build Contract is will be explained in detail including payment schedules and conditions. The Registered Master Build Guarantee forms part of the contract and is in place for seven years from completion of job. Developing Stages
For local clients progress can be viewed on regular basis with arranged appointments but for distant home owners we can provide you with up to date email photos as long as you have access to a computer. |
